So i recently admitted to my friends how much of a foodie i am..lol. I love food, fruits and anything that can make my skin glow. I heard tomatoes is very healthy and can help one skin glow, so i researched on it and here is what i discovered;

- Tomatoes are good for the skin
Tomatoes contain a high level of lycopene which is a substance that is used in some of our expensive
face cleanser. All you need to do, if take about 8-12 tomatoes, peel them and then place the skin on your face with inside the tomato touching your skin. Leave it on your face for 10 minutes and then wash. You will surely feel clean and shiny.



- Tomatoes are good for your hair
According to research,, the vitamin A in tomatoes works perfectly well to keep your hair strong and healthy. Eating tomatoes will definitely help your hair grow








- Tomatoes are good for your eyes
Also the Vitamin A in tomatoes works wonders as it is fantastic for improving your vision. In addition, eating tomatoes is one of the best foods to eat to prevent the development of night blindness.






- Tomatoes help prevent cancer



Studies have shown that the high level of lycopene in tomatoes can reduce your cahnes of developing prostrate, colorectal and stomach cancer.  The natural antioxidant in Lycopene works effectively to slow the growth of cancerous cells.







- Tomatoes can help lose weight
Tomatoes make a great snack and because it contains lots of water and fiber, they are what people who want to loose weight call a filling food. This is because it fills you up without adding a lot of calories.
