Carly Fiorina and Ben Carson launch Republican 2016 bids

The heat is on. Carly Fiorina, the former chief executive of Hewlett-Packard and neurosurgeon Ben Carson have indicated interest in the 2016 Presidential election in USA in the Republican field.

Ms Fiorina is the first female in her party to enter the White House race and Mr Carson, the first African American.

Democrat Hillary Cliton and Republican Jeb Rush are among the front runners in the White House race.
