Breathing under water- Is it possible?

Last week my friends were deliberating on the fact that it is impossible to breath under water. I remember one of them saying it is difficult because the H2O and blablabla (all those medical terms) wont allow you breath at all. Another one said she can breath under water for 2secs and if you see how dem attck her ehnnn...saying it is impossible. I know a lot of people will think its impossible to breath under water.

Sorry to burst your bubbles of basking in the euphoria of your thought that it is impossible, as a man named Stig Severinsen aged 41 aka the man who can breath under water wey break record in 2012 as the man wey fit hold him breath under water for 22minutes don comot talk say e dey possibe.

Now this man says that he uses his State of Zen technique to control his breathing. He says that the technique helps your heart rate to op, blood pressure changes and your mind shifts. He also said this will help alter your brainwave activity and you feel in perfect happy balance with your life.

He also went further to make it known that it is possible to breath under water if you can get into the realm of meditating and leaving all your troubles behind and focusing on one subject that brings you joy....like to him he focuses on his loved one or a journey he dreams to embark on.

For all those thinkng its impossibe to breath under water...hmmm...chnange your thinking oh and try this technique- Zen Technique. It might help you.
Are you convinced now?

NO bcos D oxygen you breathe is transferred 2 your blood and delivered to the various tissues of your body, where it is converted into energy. D waste product of this process is CO2, which is carried back 2 the lungs and released from the body upon exhalation. When you hold your breath, O2 is still converted to CO2, but the latter has nowhere 2 go. It recirculates in your veins, acidifying your blood and signaling your body 2 breathe, first with a burning sensation in your lungs, and eventually in the form of strong, painful spasms of your diaphragm.
