Does a Man complete a Woman?

I prayed for a colleague of mine recently and this was the prayer point - May you find happiness and also a man who will complete you. My neck was almost cut off that day in the place of Amen.
I tried to explain what I meant, but she kept on saying "God forbid, I don't need a man to complete me".

In my mind of mind, I begin ask myself, wetin dey worry this woman? Abi she no wan marry?

This now brings me to asking this question- Does a man really complete a woman? To my own little understanding, I would say yes, a man completes a woman and also a woman completes a man.

Let me talk about our purpose on earth as I understand as women!!

First let me say that God created you to be a help meet for man. You see ladies, I believe God saved the best for last....woman....created after everything else..Because man was incomplete...He had it all there in the garden. Every perfect thing and direct fellowship with God. But God saw that something was missing...He wanted Adam to have the best of everything, every desire met. So, to top off a perfect world He created woman FOR THE MAN. To complete the Man- to complete each other.

Now we know our purpose as women. Now the question be say- is a woman incomplete without a man? A lot of ladies reading this now will act like my colleague and shout "God forbid", while others might nod their heads in agreement. Na ur decision though!

Before am being slaughtered, Yes I know that we are all complete individuals made by our Creator. All things He (God) made are complete...Abi bekon? Beni jare...

In as much as He made us complete being, I still believe that a woman completes a man as well as a man completes a woman. They both compliment each other and work together towards actualizing a common goal.

I think the term "Women empowerment" have so over shadowed some women that they feel they don't need a man in their life to complete them. I think if we see it like we completing a man too in return, it can help us understand it better.

 I also know that it also depends on your personal needs. That is if you want to be a Rev. Sister or not. Because even the bible says if u don't want to get married, you can stay single...

If a woman, or man, feels complete without having a man or woman in their life, then that works for them.  BUT if you are a lady and you go to church, you fast and pray for that man to locate you, den abeg no deceive yourself- you are so incomplete.
