Author of Fifty Shades of Grey Re-writes Erotic Novel to Tell The Story From Christian Grey's Perspective

Following the success of 50 shades of Grey, the author EL James has rewritten her best-selling erotic novel from the point of view of its title character, Christian Grey.

James said she was moved to write the new novel by legions of fans who 'asked and asked' for more detail about Christian Grey's troubled past.
She said: 'Christian is a complex character and readers have always been fascinated by his desires and motivations, and his troubled past.  The book will come out on June 18, the fictional Christian's birthday.

The Fifty Shades trilogy - Fifty Shades Of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed - has sold more than 125 million copies around the world. It has made James a millionaire many times over. This year's Sunday Times Rich List estimated her fortune at £75 million.
