Woman Files Law Suit Against Homosexuals Saying Its A Sin

Sylvia Driskell from Nebraska has filed a lawsuit against all the world's gay people and asked a federal judge to rule that homosexuality is a sin.
In a seven page, handwritten filing she claimed to be an ambassador of God's and she was disappointed that Nebraska had become ''complaint in the lewd behavior of some people''.

''Homosexuality is a sin and homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. why else would they have been hiding in the closet. It is because of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed because his compassion fails not,'' she wrote.
An official at the US district court said that the case had been assigned to judge John Gerrard. It would be up to him to decide how or whether to proceed with the case.
''The woman does not have an attorney and she has not asked for an attorney. The process might take some time,'' said an official.
