According to mirror.co.uk a baby girl born with a
facial deformity resembling an elephants trunk is being worshipped like a god
in India.
Villages near Aligarh,
Uttar radish troop in to see the divine girl having a belief that she is an
incarnation of the elephant- headed god Ganesha.
Despite warning from
doctors that her condition may be a genetic mutation, they still continued to
worship her.
The girl is the fourth
child in her family. Her facial lump is between her eyes and appears to have
divided her nose in two when the girl was still in the womb.
