Desmond Elliot Declared Winner by INEC
Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot of All Progressive Congress(APC) hs won the bid to represent the people of Surulere Constituency in Lagos State House of Assembly with 23, 141. He defeated the candidate of people'[s democratic party, Bayo Smith who came second with 12, 546 votes.
