Major General Muhammadu Buhari Wins Nigeria Presidential Election 2015

In 2003, he came under the flagmanship of All Nigeria People's Party , ANPP to contest for presidency,  but he wasnt succesful as Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo ,PDP Won.
In 2007, he tried again still under ANPP and was contesting alongside with Umaru Musa Yar'adua, at the end he lost the race to Yar'adua of PDP.
In 2011, He contested again but this time under Congress for Progressive Change and he lost to Goodluck Jonathan of the People Democratic Party, PDP.
Now in 2014, he came back, not giving up and contested against the People Democratic Party candidate President Goodluck Jonathan and he WON, leading with a total of  15, 424, 921 as against PDP 12, 853, 162 votes.
History have been made in Nigeria- the people's vote counted and this was the first time the power of incumbency didn't scale through.
