Hello good morning, how did your day start. I hope you started your day with positive thinking! For me when i wake up in the morning, the first thing i do is to pray and then check my mails and also check out what other blogs are saying. The first news i saw that grabbed my attention and kept me laughing like one mumu was the one concerning Kim Kadashian and Kanye baba west.
Apparently, today makes it day number 73 that Kim and Kanye have been together since after tying the knot in Italy on the 22nd of May 2014 and a lot of people are congratulating her.
You might be like me saying "And so what". But i realized that its a big deal for this 33years old lady because her last wedding didn't even survive 72days.
According to dailynews, there are a couple of things that makes this marriage special(i pray sha)..
1- They keep their private lives to themselves without involving the public.
2- They express their love for each other: for example Kanye west said in a magazine and i quote "I love her, this is who i want to be next to and be around"
Kim on the other hand told mail online "I try to treat him like it's his birthday every single day. I think we'll always be like that" (Most naija women, once them marry, na bye bye to peting the man and when baby come, dem go just forget the man once once. Learn from Kim now oh).
3- They support each other career. Very important. In as much as they are both very busy, they still encourage each other.
4- They set goals for the future.
5- They celebrate milestones together. Kim makes sure that they celebrate their birthdays and honey moon well. That's what to me is like a spice. It spice up your marriage.
I think with these few points, i am optimistic that they will last long.
Forget about Kim, just concentrate on these points and make your marriage work. Am tired at which the rate of divorce is increasing nowadays. Lets make our marriages work abeg.
